10:26 AM EST - Saxon Financial Inc. : announced that its fourth quarter net income was $4.47 million or $0.33 per share, compared to $3.92 million or $0.29 per share in the year-ago quarter. Revenue for the latest quarter increased 2 percent to $13.2 million from $12.9 million in the year earlier quarter. In a separate press release, the company announced a quarterly dividend of $0.23 per share. The dividend will be payable on March 27, 2008 to shareholders of record on March 13, 2008.
