12:06 PM EST - Linamar Corp. : an Ontario auto parts maker, said net earnings fell to $25.4 million for the three months ended Dec. 31, down from $26.8 million a year earlier. It also said its Skyjack unit is in talks on an acquisition. Linamar Corp.
shares T.LNR are trading down 98 cents at $13.32.
