09:48 AM EST - GuestLogix Inc. : announced the successful closing of a credit agreement syndicated between Vistara Capital Partners Fund I Limited Partnership and Beedie Capital Partners Fund I Limited Partnership, whereby the Lenders have agreed to provide GuestLogix with a non-revolving credit facility of up to a maximum principal amount of $9 million subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
