12:49 PM EST - InnVest REIT : a Toronto-based hotel operator, reported fourth quarter profits rose to just under $17 million, compared with a loss of $745,000 last year. InnVest reported Friday its hotel revenues rose to $162.3 million from $97.4 million as the company benefited from acquisitions. InnVest REIT
