The company expects gross proceeds of up to $12 million from the Brokered Offering and Non-Brokered Offering. The gross proceeds would be used to fund Next Millennium's acquisition of Roadrunner Oil & Gas Inc., to acquire additional exploration leases and to complete exploration of prospects to be identified on Roadrunner Oil & Gas Inc. leased lands.
