10:25 AM EST - Webtech Wireless Inc. : Has been notified by its Brazilian counsel that the plaintiffs in the longstanding legal dispute in Brazil filed an appeal following the decision issued by a Brazilian Court of Appeal in favour of Webtech Wireless. Details of the appeal have not yet been recorded; once the notice of appeal has been published in the official gazette, Webtech Wireless will have 15 days to respond.
