03:46 PM EST - DuSolo Fertilizers Inc. : Announced that, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, it will conduct a non-brokered private placement to raise up to $2.5 million through the issuance of units of the Company at a price of $0.12 per Unit. Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company and one-half Common Share purchase warrant. Each whole Warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one common share at an exercise price of $0.18 for a period of 36 months from the closing date of the Private Placement. DuSolo Fertilizers Inc.
