12:07 PM EST - TUSK Energy Corp. : posted fourth-quarter net loss of $3.99 million or $0.04 per share, compared to a net loss of $2.34 million or $0.05 per share during the same period of 2006. The company said its fourth quarter 2007 results were negatively affected by relatively higher operating costs and benefited from lower stock-based compensation. Funds from operations were $6.91 million or $0.08 per share, up from $2.93 million or $0.06 per sharer last year. TUSK Energy Corp.
