12:07 PM EST - Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. : said that it has signed, through its subsidiary Mac's Convenience Stores LLC, an agreement to acquire 15 stores in central Illinois from Speedway Superamerica, LLC which does business as Speedway. The terms of the transaction is not disclosed. The transaction is anticipated to close in April, 2008 and is subject to standard regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
