10:46 AM EST - Uragold Bay Resources Inc. : Has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with, PyroGenesis Canada Inc., a TSX Venture 50(R) clean-tech company that designs, develops, manufactures and commercializes plasma torch products. Under the terms of the MOU, PyroGenesis has granted Uragold a worldwide exclusive right to the usage of the PUREVAP (TM) Quartz Vaporization Reactor technology, in return for 10% of sales, with set minimums, as royalty payments.
