Subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, Barisan Gold will complete a non-brokered private placement of at approximately 25,000,000 units at a price of $0.02 per unit, which was the share price at closing on September 29, the day before announcement of the transaction and private placement. Certain directors and officers have committed to purchase a significant portion of the Offering. Each unit will consist of one common share and one non-transferable common share purchase warrant.
