04:35 PM EST - NovaGold Resources Inc. : said Wednesday it is offering US$100 million of convertible senior notes due 2015, which will be used to fund the company's operations and to repay money borrowed on short-term credit. Underwriter J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. has a one-month overallotment option to buy an additional US$15 million worth of notes, the gold miner said. NovaGold Resources Inc.
shares T.NG are trading off 81 cents at $7.87.
