A total of 1,000,000 flow-through units were subscribed for at a price of $0.05 per FT Unit for gross proceeds of $50,000. Each FT Unit consists of one flow-through common share of the Corporation and one non-transferable, non flow-through common share purchase warrant. Each Warrant may be exercised for one additional common share for a period of 30 months from the closing date of the offering at a price of $0.08 if exercised in the first 24 months and $0.10 thereafter if exercised in the remaining six-month period.
