11:51 AM EST - Rogers Communications Inc. : Has priced a $1.0 billion U.S. underwritten public offering of debt securities, consisting of $700 million U.S. aggregate principal amount of 3.625% senior notes due 2025 and an additional $300 million U.S. aggregate principal amount of its existing 5.00% senior notes due 2044. The net proceeds from the issuance of the debt securities will be approximately $990 million U.S. and are expected to be used to repay outstanding advances under RCI's bank credit facilities and for general corporate purposes.
