09:47 AM EST - Uni-Select Inc. : Announced today that its subsidiary, FinishMaster, Inc. has entered into an agreement to purchase substantially all of the assets of Aquia Auto Parts, Inc., doing business under the name Refinish Solutions. This transaction, the consummation of which is subject to customary closing conditions and expected to close within 30 days, will expand FinishMaster's footprint in the Virginia and Washington D.C. metropolitan areas.
