10:02 AM EST - Yankee Hat Minerals Ltd. : said that it has entered into an option agreement to acquire up to 100% interest in two contiguous rare earth element properties collectively known as the Lancer project, in south central Yukon. As per the terms of the option deal, Yankee Hat must issue a total of about 6.67 million common shares of the Company in three installments to earn 100% undivided interest in the project.
