10:13 AM EST - Petrobank Energy and Resources Ltd. : announced third quarter financial and operating results, reporting net income that rose from the previous year quarter with a 37% increase in revenues. The company attributed the improved results to higher oil production and realized oil prices in Canada and Columbia. Net income for the quarter rose 63% to $5.17 million from C$3.17 million in the same quarter last year. on a per share basis, net income was $0.07, up 40% from $0.05 in the year-ago quarter. Oil and natural gas revenues for the third quarter rose to $24.64 million from C$17.98 million in the comparable quarter last year. Petrobank Energy and Resources Ltd.
