Under the rights offering, Pinetree is offering rights to holders of its common shares at the close of business on the record date of March 23,, on the basis of one right for each common share held. Each right entitles the holder to subscribe for one common share of Pinetree upon payment of the subscription price of $0.025 per common share. The rights offering is being conducted in Canada only.
