Pursuant to the offering, Titan will issue units of the Company at a price of $1.00 per Unit. Each Unit is comprised of one common share of the Company and one common share purchase warrant. Each Warrant is exercisable at a price of $1.20 and entitles the holder thereof to acquire one common share of the Company for a period of five years following the closing of the offering.
