10:19 AM EST - Environmental Management Solutions Inc. : said on Tuesday it will buy Biogenie S.R.D.C. Inc. for $55 million in cash and stock. EMS said the deal, which is expected to close by November 24, will create the largest integrated environmental services company in Canada. Biogenie is privately held. Environmental Management Solutions Inc.
shares T.EMS are trading up 6 cents at $0.58.
