11:42 AM EST - KGIC Inc. : Has increased the size of its proposed non-brokered private placement of convertible secured subordinated debentures that was previously announced on April 1. The size of the Offering has been increased to $6,500,000. The Debentures will bear interest at a rate of 5.0% per annum and will be convertible into units rather than into common shares, as previously announced, at the holder's option at a pre-consolidation conversion price of $0.02 per unit, with each unit being comprised of one common share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant at any time prior to the 12-month anniversary of the date of issue, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
