11:57 AM EST - GWR Global Water Resources Corp. : Has obtained a final court order approving the previously announced arrangement of the Company under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia). The Arrangement was approved by shareholders of the Company at an annual and special meeting held on April 25. At the effective time of the Arrangement, the Company will merge with and into Global Water Resources, Inc. and, as a result, the Company will cease to exist as a British Columbia corporation and GWRI, governed under the laws of the State of Delaware, will be the surviving entity of the merger. GWR Global Water Resources Corp.
shares T.GWR are trading up $0.04 at $8.54.
