The Technical Report, entitled "Prairie Creek Property Prefeasibility Update NI 43-101 Technical Report", effective March 31, was prepared by AMC Mining Consultants (Canada) Ltd., with contributions from Tetra Tech Inc. and Canadian Zinc consultants and personnel, in accordance with National Instrument 43-101.
