Parkland Income Fund

11:40 AM EST - Parkland Income Fund : saw its first quarter profit fall sharply to $10.2 million from $17.1 million as lower refinery margins and slowing growth in northern Alberta offset the impact of a 45 percent increase in revenues. The company said it earned 20 cents per unit for the three months ended March 31. That compared with net profits per share of 37 cents for the same 2007 period. Revenues rose to $482.9 million from $334 million. Parkland Income Fund units T.PKI.UN are trading down 45 cents at $12.00.
