12:03 PM EST - Premium Brands Income Fund : said its first-quarter profit rose to $3.3 million from $2.4 million a year ago as sales soared by 80 percent. The Vancouver-based fund, which distributes foods under such brands as Grimm's deli products and McSweeney's meat snacks, said Wednesday its sales jumped to $94.3 million from $52.3 million.
