At the meeting, shareholders voted in favour of each of the matters presented, including the election of each of the five directors nominated by Anfield to the board of directors of Anfield for the ensuing year, the appointment of auditors for the ensuing year, and the authorization for the board of directors to determine the remuneration payable to the auditors.
