10:48 AM EST - Daylight Resources Trust : said on Monday that it would buy Cadence Energy Inc. Daylight will pay Cadence shareholders 0.47 of a trust unit for each common share of Cadence, or $5.32 in cash for each common share of Cadence. Based on the 20-day weighted average of Daylight trust units on the Toronto Stock Exchange, the deal is worth approximately $301 million, including $70 million of debt. Daylight Resources Trust
