03:49 PM EST - B2Gold Corp. : Announced that Calibre Mining has agreed to acquire all of the interest held by B2Gold in the Borosi concessions located in Nicaragua and comprising the Primavera gold-copper porphyry project and the Monte Carmelo gold project. The Property is currently jointly owned by B2Gold (as to 51%) and Calibre (as to 49%) pursuant to a joint venture arrangement between B2Gold and Calibre. B2Gold Corp.
