11:58 AM EST - DEQ Systems Corp. : Announced that the Superior Court of Québec (Commercial Division) issued today a final order approving the previously announced plan of arrangement pursuant to which SG Canada Acquisitions, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Scientific Games Corporation, will acquire all of the outstanding common shares in the capital of DEQ for a cash payment of $0.38 per common share of DEQ. Shareholders of DEQ previously approved the arrangement transaction at the special meeting of shareholders held on November 3. DEQ Systems Corp.
shares V.DEQ are trading unchanged at $0.38.
