12:02 PM EST - Transcontinental Inc. : has won a 15-year contract worth over US$1 billion to print Hearst Corp.'s San Francisco Chronicle daily newspaper and related products. North America's seventh-largest printer also said Friday it will begin production in early 2009 on a new plant in the San Francisco Bay Area. Transcontinental Inc.
