12:24 PM EST - PharmEng International Inc. : on Monday reported a wider loss in the fourth quarter primarily on a write-off related to debt restructuring. Revenues edged down from a year ago period. Net loss for Toronto, Canada-based PharmEng widened to $1.63 million from $0.79 million in the year-ago quarter. However, loss per share remained flat at $0.02 on higher share count. Net loss included a write off of $1.68 million in financing costs related to debt restructuring, which was concurrent with the acquisition of the Arnprior manufacturing plant.
