10:26 AM EST - Integrated Asset Management : and its private corporate debt group, Integrated Private Debt Corp. announced a financing of C$30 million in an offering of 10 year, interest-only Senior Guaranteed Notes for Penn West Petroleum Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Penn West Energy Trust. The financing was the sole Canadian dollar tranche of Penn West's US private placement issuance, led by Citigroup and Bank of America. Proceeds of the loan would be used to refinance the company's existing bank debt. Integrated Asset Management
