11:35 AM EST - Power Corporation of Canada : Announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire an additional 3.9% equity interest in China Asset Management Co., Ltd. (China AMC) for RMB¥936 million ($179 million). The seller, a Chinese state-owned enterprise, is a non-strategic investor.
