12:10 PM EST - Timminco Ltd. : shares were down after it said it is shutting its manufacturing plant in Haley, Ont., west of Ottawa, which employs two dozen production workers. The company said the closure, ''consistent with its strategy to restore its magnesium extrusion and related specialty metals business to profitability,'' is expected to save $5 million a year. shares T.TIM are trading down 73 cents at $33.77.
