03:42 PM EST - Royal Bank of Canada : the country's largest bank, agreed to buy Boston-based money manager Access Capital Strategies LLC., its second U.S. acquisition this month and its 11th in the past two years. Voyageur Asset Management Inc., RBC's Minneapolis-based fund unit, will buy ''everything except the debt,'' spokeswoman Beja Rodeck said in an interview today.
