Teck also announced that it increased the aggregate maximum principal amount of Notes that may be accepted for purchase in the Tender Offers from $650,000,000 U.S. to $1,000,000,000 U.S. Following the repurchase of the $1,000,000,000 U.S. of Notes, Teck will have an aggregate of $5.1 billion U.S. principal amount of notes outstanding.
