10:33 AM EST - Barrick Gold Corp. : shares rose as it again extended its bid to acquire shares in NovaGold Resources Inc., moving the deadline for its all-cash final offer of US$16 per share to Dec. 6. Thus far, Barrick has acquired about 14 percent of NovaGold's shares. Barrick Gold Corp.
