10:56 AM EST - BacTech Mining Corp. : announced that it reached an agreement with Yamana Gold Inc. to acquire its 33% stake in two refractory gold projects in Papua New Guinea. BacTech would issue 15 million common shares to Yamana as compensation for the purchase. Yamana would own a 19.97% equity interest in BacTech post closing of the transaction. BacTech Mining Corp.
