12:38 PM EST - Grey Horse Corp. : said that it has signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares of Toro FX Inc., effective July 2, 2008. The agreed purchase price for the transaction is $4.90 million, subject to adjustments based on the achievement of certain financial performance conditions within the six, twelve and twenty four month period following the closing date of the transaction. Forty percent of the adjusted purchase price will be paid by means of the issuance of Grey Horse common shares from treasury. Grey Horse Corp.
