03:40 PM EST - Durango Capital Corp. : has signed a deal with Teck Cominco Ltd. to acquire a 100 per cent stake in Teck Cominco's Big Bulk copper-gold exploration property near Stewart, B.C. The deal, announced Wednesday, includes the trasfer of 300,000 share and warrant units to Teck Cominco and a $1 million commitment by Durango on exploration spending on the property before the end of 2010.
