The study titled “Impact of Metreleptin on Hepatomegaly in Patients with Generalized Lipodystrophy” suggests treatment with metreleptin may reduce liver volume in patients with enlarged liver (hepatomegaly) resulting from complications of generalized lipodystrophy.
