10:15 AM EST - HudBay Minerals Inc. : and Skye Resources Inc. have announced a deal to combine in an share-exchange arrangement worth about half a billion dollars. The companies said Monday that when the deal is completed HudBay shareholders will own 79.7 percent of the combined enterprise and Skye investors will hold 20.3 percent.
shares T.HBM are trading off 50 cents at $14.29.
