12:02 PM EST - Niko Resources Ltd. : pulled itself up to a $1.6 million profit in its latest quarter from a year-earlier loss of $3.1 million despite a drop in oil and gas revenue. The Calgary-based company, active in Bangladesh, India and elsewhere in Asia, said Wednesday its sales were $24.3 million in the quarter ended March 31, down from $29.1 million in the same period last year. shares T.NKO are trading off 48 cents at $98.65.
