11:21 AM EST - Xtreme Drilling Corp. : Announced the final results of its "modified Dutch auction" substantial issuer bid to purchase for cancellation up to $25 million of its common shares, which expired at 5:00 p.m. (Eastern time) on June 1. Based on the final count by Computershare Trust Company of Canada, the depositary for the Offer, Xtreme has taken up and paid for 10,416,666 Shares at a price of $2.40 per Share, for an aggregate cost of $25 million excluding fees and expenses relating to the Offer.
