Each Unit will consist of one common share in the capital of the Companyand one-halftransferable common share purchase warrant, with each Warrant exercisable into one additional Share at a price of $0.165 for a period of two years from the date of closing. Reliq also announced entry into an Advisory Agreement with Gravitas Securities Inc. Reliq Health Technologies Inc.
