For the second quarter, the Ottawa, Ontario based company recorded a net income of US$930 thousand, or US$0.04 per share, compared to US$2.3 million, or US$0.09 per share, in the prior year quarter. On an adjusted basis, net income decreased to US$9.5 million from US$9.8 million in the same period last year.
