05:04 PM EST - Mega Silver Inc. : said it has struck an option deal with StrataGold Corp. to earn the exclusive right to acquire a 100 percent interest in the Fisher claims on StrataGold's Aurex property in the Yukon Territory. Under the deal, announced Tuesday, Mega Silver must spend $4 million over four years on exploration, pay $625,000 over four years to StrataGold and issue one million common shares of Mega Silver over four years.
