12:22 PM EST - Riverside Resources Inc. : said it signed an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the privately owned Destierro Gold Property in western Sonora, Mexico. Following the option agreement, Riverside Resources can acquire a 100% interest with no royalties or specific work commitments on the property for a total of US$400 thousand in cash payments payable to the optionors.
