12:26 PM EST - Kingsway Financial Services Inc. : announced that prior to the end of July, 2008 it intends to repay all amounts outstanding under its US$175 million three year revolving facility originally made with a syndicate of banks in June 2006. At March 31, 2008 the amount outstanding under this credit agreement was US$94.5 million and as of June 30, 2008 was US$89.8 million. Kingsway Financial Services Inc.
