10:19 AM EST - Glance Technologies Inc. : Announced that the Board of Directors has approved a non-brokered financing at $0.40 per unit for proceeds of $1,400,000 plus an over-allotment option. Each unit will consist of one common share and one Share purchase warrant together a “Unit”. Each Warrant will entitle the holder to acquire an additional Share at a price of $0.75 per Share for a period of 12 months from closing. Since August 1, 2017 the Company has received approximately $3,295,830 from the exercise of warrants and options. Glance Technologies Inc.
